Lake McKenzie is undoubtedly the jewel in Fraser Island's crown - it's a place where pristine blue lakes are rimmed with fine, golden sand. But why stop at one! On Fraser Island there are more than 40 beautiful dune lakes - that change with the seasons. Lake Birrabean and the southern lakes are easily accessible from a base on Fraser Island's western side.

When it comes to breakout rooms or a spot of lunch to break up your Fraser meeting, we're biased, but we don't think you can get any better than that!  It's also great for a conference day trip from Hervey Bay.
